At Artemis Secondary School, we believe belonging does not end at graduation. Our Alumni Volunteer Program offers former students the opportunity to stay connected and give back to the community that supported them.

Alumni who left Artemis in good standing may apply to volunteer in one of the following areas:

• Kitchen (supporting community lunch preparation)

• Free Store (Boutique)

• Garden

Volunteers are supported by the Education Director or Program Director and receive an honorarium in recognition of their time and contribution. All applicants complete an application process, participate in an interview, and must pass a Criminal Record Check prior to beginning.

 

We also welcome adult community volunteers in the following roles:

• Board of Directors (governance)

• Tutoring Support

• Workshops

• Events

• Facilities

Our volunteer program is grounded in safety, mentorship, and meaningful contribution.
